An NCQA recognized Patient Centered Medical Home, established since 1982, seeks F/T or P/T Board eligible or board certified FP to join this 5 practitioner group. We practice classical family medicine in a modern day, transformed, cutting edge practice, featuring full meaningful use of EMR, patient care coordinators and a highly trained and experienced professional support staff.

No hospital or nursing home rounds, 1 week on call every 5 weeks, competitive compensation package based on experience.
